James Brook

James is co-founder and director of Strengths Partnership. He has over 20 years’ experience in leadership development, innovative assessment, organizational change and talent management, having worked in consulting and corporate roles internationally. Recent clients have included Facebook, ING Direct, Novartis Pharmaceutical, Photobox, GSK, P&G and Tesco.

James is a regular speaker on strengths-focused leadership and talent development and has contributed a wide range of business and professional publications in the area. He has a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, an MBA and is a Fellow of the CIPD.
