Before becoming an entrepreneur, Monique worked for almost 15 years in different international leadership positions in Marketing and Change Management. Here she learned how many employees, from support staff to top managers, do not live a fulfilled live as they have not chosen their work out of passion. It became her mission to help people realizing their dreams.
