Mahasin Midgette

Dr. Midgette is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion & Strategist of professional and educational experience in varying industries. She is the CEO of Midgette Family Services, a consulting firm that specializes in leadership, change management, and helping companies grow in diversity and authentic inclusion in the workplace.

Dr. Midgette uses her educational training via her Doctorate in Management with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion, MBA, Bachelor’s in Organizational Management, and currently in the Georgetown University DE&I Certificate Program which has helped her to create a framework for organizations to use for DE&I and consultation.
