I have a doctorate in educational leadership and a master's degree that focused on ethics and humor.

I have taught at a university, worked in various state positions, and am currently a strengths-based professional development coach.

My workshops and speaking engagement combine opportunities for learning and laughter.

I am also a brain tumor and heart surgery survivor, which included 4 brain surgeries, 6 weeks of daily radiation, and a 5x bypass. I often talk about the dark cloud that goes with a brain tumor and heart disease, as well as the silver linings.
