George Loan Baker, ACC, co-founder of innerOvation™ LLC, with 32 years of municipal fire, pre-hospital emergency health care and disaster management experience, 26 years as a Chief Officer,

George now provides executive level coaching to individuals, groups and teams to refine their abilities, tap into the high energy within and get the results they are looking for. He is dedicated to assisting others reach their personal and professional goals. George has led local and regional teams, both private nonprofit and public safety and has served on regional and national policy/standards committees.

George’s leadership has been recognized by the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, The International Association of Fire Chiefs and The Commonwealth of Massachusetts. George is an Eagle Scout. George continues to represent the Governor of Massachusetts on the Northeast Forest Fire Protection Compact (a collaborative of the New England States, New York and 3 Canadian Providences).

RELATIONSHIPS MATTER: THE HUMAN SIDE OF LEADERSHIP

Between the ages of 8 and 18 you were taught what hard work was, how success is measured and what it takes to win. In this 60-90 minute, hands on session, participants will learn how to use their beliefs, perceptions, habits, and expectations to move them forward in unexpected ways. This session will have personal introspection, learning, and lively interaction between the presenter and the audience throughout.
Objectives of workshop/benefits to the participants;
· Clarity on your personal value set
· Discover how you react to stress and how it effects your relationships, both personal and professional
· Develop deeper insight into your specific perceptions, beliefs, expectations and habits that effect how you get results , both positive and negative
· Learn what options and actions you can take to improve the results you are looking for
· Leave with a process to redefine those things that hold you back
