Passionate about developing people, I have the skills, experience and qualifications to meet fully the needs of anyone wishing to advance themselves or their organisation. Most of my early experience was gained training aircrew and groundcrew in the Royal Air Force. Since leaving the RAF in 2001, I have provided a wide range of bespoke training to a very diverse range of clients at home and in the Gulf region. My aim is to provide affordable bespoke training to any size of organisation.
I was heavily involved in the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and in 2005 was elected to serve on the Executive Board of Directors of that Institute after completing four years as Chair of the Shropshire and Mid Wales Branch. I am also Chair of the Shropshire Branch of the Chartered Management Institute.
