Bio

Noreen Flack is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Austin. She has studied and practiced meditation and Buddhism under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for nearly 30 years. She spent much of her practice and training at Kadampa Meditation Center Washington in Seattle and has taught both beginner and advanced meditators alike how to develop mindfulness and use spiritual teachings to improve their everyday lives. She is well loved for her teachings that combine sincerity, humor and countless examples of how to apply Dharma to family and work life.

Noreen currently teaches basic meditation principals in corporate settings as well as casual branch classes around Austin, Texas. She can also be found at Kadampa Meditation Center Austin where students study in depth Buddhist teachings under her guidance.

This wisdom helps us to recognize our potential for happiness, love and other good qualities. With practice we will gain a sense of optimism and inner strength and be of great benefit to our family, friends and everyone around us with the power of our peaceful mind.
