Meet Cora H., also known as Master Teacher to some of her students. She embarked on her entrepreneurial journey as a spiritual coach, which ultimately led to her full recovery from the shackles of postpartum depression. Now, as a certified alternative therapist and spiritual healer, she dedicates her life to helping parents navigate postpartum depression and liberate themselves from the chains of this mental disorder.

As a loving parent to two beautiful daughters, she understands the challenges and joys of parenthood firsthand. Her passion for personal growth and wellness is evident in her love for traveling, shopping, and nature excursions. Through these experiences, she has developed a unique perspective on wholistic healing and self-care, which she shares with audiences through social media.
