Bio

I am the owner and lead instructor for Living Inspired Mental Health Training. I have been a member of the Canadian Forces for over 17 years and I have been trained as a mental health educator by the Department of Defence and the Mental Health Commission of Canada. I am truly passionate about spreading awareness, empathy and compassion about mental health while being a father to my two lovely daughters and my large golden lab.
