Result-oriented and reliable decision-making

Decision making is a complex process. Not at least because there are more and more people involved. It is sometimes difficult to get managers, employees, business partners, customers etc aligned. It is challenging to give all the different interests in the decision making a voice and to achieve commitment.
Marjolijn shares a framework to achieve results-driven and reliable decisions in four steps. Good decisions improves collaboration and increases agility of your project or organization.

Change: how to mobilize people?

Changes are more successful when there is a lot of human energy put into. Essential for leading change, therefore, attention must be paid to the involvement and participation that people have in the current situation aswell as in the new desired situation. How do you mobilize people? That is the challenge I address in this seminar.
Marjolijn shares her change approach, which involves participation and ownership. Instead of creating an imposed change, you create a future to which people want to commit to.
