Over 15 years experience in the Wellness Field. Currently, a Corporate Wellness Manager, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Lifestyle Medicine Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Motivational Speaker, and Mental Health advocate I focus on educating and motivating others to reach their full potential and attain the highest quality of life. I encourage focus on the "Whole" person and educate on the connection between mind and body. My motto is - we train for life, you are in competition with no one but yourself and I want to help you realize your strengths so you can leverage those for healthy behavior change and become a better version of yourself each and every day.
I run workshops on various health topics and can customize any presentation to fit your needs within the scope of my expertise which includes: physical health, how nutrition plays a role in both physical and mental health, various mental health topics from common mental illnesses to imposter syndrome to building self efficacy and creating lasting behavior changes. I work with HR teams to create a cohesive training for worksite wellness programs and welcome opportunities to speak in front of a variety of audiences.
Previous to my current role I spent 10 years developing wellness programs and increasing engagement to reduce injury and illness. I taught at local gym and coached sports.
I am a life long learner of all things health and wellness and believe in the patient centered approach which allows and advocates for active decision making in your own health and wellness.
