Zemiyrah Davis

I am a 38 yr old mom of 4 girls and 1 on the way. I went through my own fitness journey twice in life where the first time I lost over 70 lbs and over 20 lbs in my second journey that I am still currently on after having my 4th daughter. I am committed to showing women how to lose weight after having children without them having to completely give up the foods they love or killing themselves in the gym and how to incorporate fitness into their busy mom lives and put themselves first so they can feel sexy and confident in their bodies again and be the best moms and partners they can be. I am also currently in the process of obtaining my personal trainers, group fitness instructors and nutrionist certification.
