Rashida Malcolm Bradley

Rashida Malcolm Bradley is a highly motivated and analytical business professional with 10+ years of experience in finance-focused leadership roles in industries including healthcare, consulting, private and investment banking. She has a successful track record of driving business results at firms such as CVS, Aetna, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and formerly Lehman Brothers, representing these organizations in locations around the globe (Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States).

Today, as a Senior Project Manager for Aetna, a CVS Health company, Rashida’s mission is to help people on their path to better health by to implementing advanced technological tools to transform the health care experience. Rashida leads a team that specializes in robotics, predictive analytics, unsupervised modeling, continuous auditing, advanced visualization in-database analytics and risk modeling. Her team challenges the status quo with new technologies, business models and partnerships to make a complicated healthcare system easier and more accessible for all.

Rashida graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College and currently lives in New York.
