As an Associate Professor with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University, USA, she blends deep academic insight with practical leadership experience across institutions and cultures.
A certified Reviewer for the UAE Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Dr. Hojeij has held key leadership roles that span curriculum innovation, strategic planning, and talent development. She has successfully secured over 3.4 million AED in research funding, with a focus on leadership development, digital transformation, and organizational change.
