I help internationals connect across cultures and languages. I focus on what people have in common and help them to build bridges, avoid misunderstandings and find clarity.

I believe that we all want to connect and communicate in order to be understood.

Formulating thoughts and ideas in an internationally understandable manner is an essential step to make connections meaningful and successful. – We may speak the same language, but we all use it in our very personal way which depends on our other languages and cultural backgrounds. In order to avoid misunderstandings we need to be aware of our expectations and cultural and linguistic biases.

Intercultural Communication

Intercultural Communication in a highly international environment. Even though we speak the same language, the words, intonations, anecdotes, metaphors, gestures etc. we use depend on our personal linguistic and cultural background, and this can lead to misunderstandings. In my workshop participants learn how to avoid and handle misunderstandings in order to avoid negative consequences.
