She has over 35 years of experience as an educator, private therapist and trainer/consultant working in Asia, Europe and North America. She is currently splitting her time between North America and Asia.
Ms. Lewis' career has "Crossed Global Boundaries." She has worked extensively with multi-national corporations, local companies, educational, medical and government institutions. Her client base has included a host of cultures on a global scale. Lesley has over 35 years experience in the human services field.
Ms. Lewis conducts trainings, seminars and presents at conferences on areas within the intercultural domain. Some of the topics include the Psychology of Wealth, Family Culture, Organizational Culture, Leadership, Team Building, Women, Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Technology/Digital, Transition, Adjustment and Assimilation.
Synthesizing many years of cross-cultural research with coaching, counseling and competence training, Lesley equips corporations, educational institutions, government agencies, families and individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to transition, adjust, assimilate, communicate and operate effectively between cultures. Lesley believes that in all global organizations, there are cross-cultural issues that are clearly visible, such as language and humor, or far subtler, such as individual work styles and group relationships. To help companies succeed in a multi-cultural environment, she approaches cross-cultural situations by examining the similarities as well as the differences. She works with teams and individuals on perceptions, misunderstandings, cultural systems, cultural experiences, and commonalties.

It is essential for individual members to make joint decisions as a family unit. Family Identity involves an understanding of the family structure in the contexts of family members.
