Bio

Priscilla Leigh, MSc is an optimal wellbeing, growth and performance expert. Using psychoaudiology and positive psychology, she specializes in helping leaders under 40 maximize their potential with a unique holistic approach that promotes cognitive, somatic and mental wellbeing in leadership. She is the founder and CEO of Youphoni, the business that provides these services, and the author of “The Young leader’s guide to public speaking: an A-Z manual on mastering the Art”. She holds Master’s degrees from Oxford University, BPP University and Southampton University.

International Women's Day Conference

Keynote Speaker at an International Women's Day Conference with the theme "Inspire Inclusion". Delivered a speech entitled Indispensable, refuting the need for women to be included for inclusion's sake, but for women to identify their sweet spot, and strongly suggesting that is where they will be indispensable.

Presidential addresses

As the president of London Athenians Toastmaster Club, I weekly deliver presidential addresses to the club, outlining the principles and values of the club, introducing guests and members, welcoming the chairperson, as well as closing out the meeting.
In this role I:
-provide a comfortable and welcoming environment as the face of the club
-give tips, stories and anecdotes about public speaking
-encourage the guests to try roles by providing encouragement

General Evaluator

I gave a general evaluation of London Cardinals Public Speaking Club, where I evaluated meeting functionaries, providing them feedback on the roles they had performed during the event. I outlined areas of excellence, as well as areas of improvement. This enabled them to:
-reconsider their agenda and time allocations
-maximize the hybrid setup they use for greater audience participation
-engage the audience more compellingly when online and presenting to the audience in the room.
