Branding Your Story

You don’t own your brand.

It's not your logo, your tagline or how you describe your company or nonprofit.

Your brand is in the mind of your customers. It's their perception your organization.

The good news is you can help shape their perception through the stories you share.

Branding Your Story identifies the top places to find the treasure trove of stories inside your organization to build relationships, create conversations and endear your brand in the hearts and minds of your customers, employees, donors and volunteers and the community.

It Pays To Be Good

Translating your mission, vision and values into a strategic communication plan will give you a clear path with actionable steps to keep you on track. Once you know where you’re going it’s easier to make decisions and not get lost in the chaos of endless possibility.

Community Engagement, also known as Corporate Social Responsibility, strategically helps you build relationships, create conversations and connect with your employees, customers, donors, volunteers and community.

Research shows that companies who are involved in their communities enjoy:
• increased employee satisfaction and retention;
• enhanced image in the community;
• increased market share; and
• a better place to live work and conduct business
• more press coverage

What's Your Story

Your bio is not your resume.
It's your story.

Our lives are seemingly serendipitous collisions of people, places and passions.

By connecting the dots you unravel a story that resonates with customers, employees, volunteers and donors.
