Before becoming an Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Coach, I had poor sleep and heightened anxiety, reflected in a long period of mental health struggles and giving up a successful legal career. After completing my training and incorporating the techniques into my life, I can stay calm in situations that would have triggered my anxiety. I feel more anchored in the present moment. My sleep quality has also improved, giving me greater energy and focus. Using what I have learned, I can teach you skills and techniques to improve your biochemistry, biomechanics, and psychophysiological state so that you can shift from struggling with breathing, anxiety, and poor sleep to experiencing clarity, confidence, and renewed well-being.
