Rewiring self-image

I am an executive coach accredited with the International Coaching Federation. I run deep-dives on rewiring confidence, building charisma from self-image and how we can turn communication into deeper intimacy. I have delivered 200+ hours of 1:1 and group trainings. I also speak on mindfulness and breath-work and have completed 2 Vipassana's meditating for 150 hours non-stop on both occasions.

Rewiring the brain for confidence from an evidence basis

There are 2 types of confidence. Experiential confidence and evaluative confidence. Evaluative confidence is built through getting more and more data points to suggest that you can successfully deliver the desired outcome. The more you have, the more confident you become.

Experiential confidence is not gained, but it is where in your past your confidence was lost. It is a time where you were strongly judged that has kept its imprint within you. Until it is healed, no amount of evidence or evaluative confidence can shake the feeling of apprehension or fear.
