The Power of You

Sticking to your guns is a lot harder than following the crowd (or majority, in my case!) especially when Sheena is a Deaf, a woman, and doer. Get motivated by listening to her stories of how she got to where she is today - an author, a creator, speaker, and media influencer all packed into one wee body!

The Big D

What's up with the capitalized 'D' in the word "Deaf"? I thought "deaf" was the official word. It is, but the word is coined by the medical world and in the end, it is their goal to fix hearing loss. On the positive side, Sheena's "The Big D" sheds a new light on what it truly means to be Deaf - that it is more of a gain rather than a loss. It'll be shocking, eye-opening, and heart-warming all at once!

Working with Deaf Children

The journey in our dysfunctional educational system for an interpreter and the Deaf child is a treacherous one, where often the Deaf child falls further and further behind. Is there light at the
end of the tunnel? This thought-provoking, interactive workshop will redefine and reignite your purpose as more than just an interpreter.
