The Destination: Hope

In all things , even the worst of them we are creatures designed to be hope resilient. We can overcome and have overcome more than ever imagined. This strength is the catalyst for ultimate life success in every arena.

Navigating the Conversation

Originally presented for the severely food allergic community this talk discusses how people can effectively communicate with those in our private and professional circles to obtain their understanding and support when living with hidden health challenges. It challenges the hurts no one speaks of and pushes toward empowering others to be and live in their authentic voice

Permission to Be Yourself

A look at life and the way it defines us often presents challenges to our true value systems and whether given to us by our family of origin or life itself. In this presentation we discuss finding YOU in every arena.

The Team Starts with You

The team starts with you is about being a leader in every area you find yourself in. Sometimes a leader leads and sometimes a leader needs to simply listen. We have to learn to get out of our own way to make change impactful.
