As a Management Consultant in Diversity and Inclusion, Seema leads with integrity, perseverance, and motivation. Seema comes from a diverse ethnic background and gives perspective about her shared experiences in corporate America and how she made an impact at an individual and a team level.

Seema has over 24 years of banking experience in multiple roles. Her strong work ethic and commitment to succeed made her an exemplary employee. She has made noteworthy contributions to Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs). Seema founded Asian American EBRG and created a playbook for other chapters to follow.

As she succeeded in many roles, Seema was awarded numerous accolades for her performance and recognized multiple times for her contributions to Diversity and Inclusion programs.
