I've spent over 30 years working in corporate HR, commissioned sales for tech recruiting agencies and now as Founder of Hello Awesome Inc.

Live Positive and Pay It Forward is my mantra. I thoroughly enjoy my work of service to others helping them realize their strengths, passions and direction in life. I recently served as President of Lean In Toronto, managing a team of 32 volunteers with 7000 members. I have also mentored 1000s of women, newcomers and candidates annually and, from launch day of Hello Awesome Inc., created community partners who will refer candidates for pro bono coaching as a component of my business model.

Helping more people and organizations become strength-focused performers who care about their impact in our communities is my driving force.

Leading with our strengths will bring more excellence, ease, enjoyment and energy to our lives. I want everyone to know their strengths, be able to speak to them articulately and engage them daily for success and well-being. It's a shame only 30% know their strengths and even worse that only 17% use them everyday.

Let's break down some barrier around aging and create intergenerational environments where we can all thrive on our own terms.

Personal Empowerment - I began climbing mountains at 49 and have now climbed the highest in 11 countries. Training for these adventures has made me a 4x marathoner, ultra-marathoner, duathlete medalist, distance cyclist, distance hiker and 2x Tough Mudder. I am currently celebrating my 60's with passion. I have hiked 738km/32 days around PEI and just summited the highest mountain in Indochina at 62.
