Sarah simplifies the “purpose of life” to help individuals in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on the Autism Spectrum better navigate the world around them.

Sarah helps individuals better understand and use their intuition, or the guidance of the Light of Christ in their lives. She does this by teaching them how to build better connections with God by embracing positive leadership skills, broaden their thinking about the world around them and increase their ability to empathize within themselves and with others.

Sarah loves to simplify complex doctrines, share relatable stories, personalize the scriptures, and explore tools to help each of us navigate being human.

Sarah strives to help others increase their faith so they are capable of moving their mountains of fear by teaching a variety of ways to work with their subconscious, conscious, and higher conscious minds. Sarah consistently encourages others to also understand and use their agency to choose to co-create their lives, or their own worlds, with Jesus Christ right now by helping them confidently and comfortably learn to trust and commune with Heaven.

What Sarah shared brings an increase of hope, peace, and love into the listeners life. When an individual understands how to increase faith, hope, and charity in every thought, feeling, word, and action entire families and communities are impacted for the better.

About Me

I’m Sarah Jones, an Intuitive Living Guide serving members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, who are diagnosed, undiagnosed, or self-diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum.

I help individuals who are striving to live their best lives connect being a co-creator with Jesus Christ. By guiding them to understand & use their intuition, or the guidance of the Light of Christ in their everyday life. I host a podcast, have a book, give presentations, teach classes, workshops, and retreats, and mentor people just like you to help them find answers to their life’s questions.

I am a self-diagnosed high functioning autistic woman. Married to my best friend and learning everyday to be my best self.

Fun fact, I figured out and embraced the amazing truth I am autistic in my late thirties! I felt free of my own judgements and negative self talk once I knew and understood why I did what I did and processed emotions and thoughts the way I was.

Literally, every. single. oddity I every questioned about myself was answered with the revelation I was autistic. Everything about me finally made sense.

I seek to help individuals like me, because I know what it feels like to be confused about the world around me and feeling I have no idea what is going on with myself or other people. Specifically with the struggles to “fit in” while living life with an overthinking, over feeling, over acting mind, body, and spirit.

I know what a challenge it is to process thoughts/emotions/actions because of outward stimulus like loud music. I also know what it feels like to need to be physically squeezed to release built up tension and pressure and have real irritation because someone isn’t following the “rules”. I also understand feeling other people’s emotions, the good and the bad ones, and I have the ability to sense the unseen world of spirits around us.

I want to be someone who can help share insight and perspective about being “On Spectrum” since I was unsure who I could talk to about everything I was feeling. I am here to help validate all you’re experiencing and teach you how to comfortable and confidently work with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ to “fish” and find answers for your questions too.

When I understood how to work with prayer, fasting, and scripture study as tools to get answers to my questions, I started working with Heavenly Father to better understand myself. Understanding myself has taught me more about the Godhead and other people too.

I honestly used to perceive the way I thought, and sometimes acted on my thoughts were my greatest weaknesses. Now though I know, because of each of our ability to be refined by Jesus Christ, the way we think, feel, and process everything, including our thoughts, are our greatest strengths when we include Jesus in them!
