Dr. Raye Bovian is a product of Miami, FL. Dr. Bovian was initially a Teacher and an Accountant. During her tenure working with inner city children and adults, she was motivated to help change life circumstances of her students. This strong desire was the catalyst for her formula to change lives. She is the author of the "Shinin" series of books that will forever break the back of poverty.
