Lois has worked globally in many different capacities, and has travelled to over 40 countries, including those not so obvious tourist destinations such as Haiti, Iraq, Pakistan, and Iran. She has survived life including a violent rape, divorce, loss of a business, forced retirement, and much more. All of this, together with her MBE (Management by Experience) and C-IQ (Conversational Intelligence Certification for Coaches) , she has gathered tools, techniques and stories that she uses to help you gain insights into how you can manage change in your own life, how you can gain your passion – your mojo, and how to persevere and bounce back in the face of life’s challenges.
