Sara Schley is the leader of Seed Systems, an international consulting collaborative that she founded in 1994 to create a regenerative, inclusive, and kinder world. She has worked with over 50 enterprises and 1000s of individuals in every sector. A social change entrepreneur, Sara has also co-founded several networks including The SoL Sustainability Consortium, Women in Power, and most recently, WeTheChange.
Well known in the business world as the go-to coach, consultant, and convenor for healing from the inside out, Sara has strong personal connections with thought leaders and entrepreneurs at EILEEN FISHER, Nike, King Arthur Flour, Ellevate and scores of other companies. In November 2019 Sara and colleagues were awarded the “Collective Action Impact Award” at the B Corporation International Conference of
600 business leaders. She received the award by offering an a cappella song and invitation to all to join WeTheChange, which resulted in over 500 new signatories and champions (and climbing!)
Sara also battles Bipolar II which hasn’t held her back from being successful. She inspires others and is currently working on my new memoir Brainstorm: From Brutality to Blessing on the Bipolar Spectrum, in hopes to help others who also suffer from this disorder.
