With a wealth of experience in her field, she has been a Licensed Therapist since 2013 and a Social Worker since 2006. Her commitment to professional growth is evident through her current designations as a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist (CGCS).

Throughout her journey, she has actively pursued specialized training since 2006, covering diverse areas such as Perinatal Mood Disorders, Trauma, Anxiety, Setting Healthy Boundaries, Depression, and Human Trafficking.

Mrs. Torres' heartfelt mission is to empower Christian Leaders to heal with purpose for their purpose! As an engaging Speaker and Workshop Facilitator, she imparts valuable wisdom on various topics, ranging from Mental Health and Faith to Human Trafficking, igniting transformation and awareness wherever she goes.

As the proud owner of EmPowered2Shift Counseling & Coaching Services, she offers Christian Counseling to the Body of Christ, providing compassionate and faith-based support to those seeking guidance.

Beyond her practice, she is the visionary behind Empowered Purpose Academy, an Online academy that equips individuals with Christian Life Coaching Certification, Mentorship for Christian Leaders, and the tools to become Certified Christian Life Coaches, while also offering valuable continuing education courses and certifications for fellow Therapists and Life Coaches.
