Samuel Active Conteh

Dear Audience, I make this gentle plea that you meet one of Sierra Leone's finest, astute, hunky-dory, shrewd, and intelligent Public Speaker of this dispensation. A Speaker whose public speaking wiseness and leadership sagaciousness speak volumes of natural intelligence. Many public speakers have proven to be eminent, but this heady, judicious, and wise guy, in particular, has proven to be the only preeminent public speaker amongst them.

His name is CONTEH SAMUEL ACTIVE, born on 16th August 1996 in Kenema city, Eastern Region, Sierra Leone. Between 2003 and 2009, he attended the Ahmadiyya Muslim Primary School Kenema where he graduated with an excellent certificate after completing the National Primary School Examination (NPSE). His NPSE score was arguably one of the best in the region and was considered the only primary school Head Boy with such excellent academic payback that year.

In September 2009, he was legally and appreciatively admitted to the Holy Trinity Secondary School Kenema. Two weeks later, he was elected class prefect, and his public speaking skills and leadership sapience sparked flames that gave him victory in 2011 as he was elected President of the Youths for Christ School club. He was part of the team that accompanied former HE. Koroma on his second visit to the Gola Rain Forest in 2011 and was one of the key speakers who made explicit contributions toward the development of the forest thus, he is born with an innate talent for public speaking. In December 2011, he participated in a regional quiz and debating competition organized by the HIV/AIDS Secretariats and was honored as the best quizzer in the tournament. His excellent academic artistry, leadership sagacity, and public speaking prowess elevated him to the position of Senior Prefect of the Holy Trinity Secondary School Kenema in 2012.

In November 2012, he was admitted to continue his senior secondary education at the Holy Trinity Secondary School Kenema, and was elected class prefect of SSS 1 commercial. Due to his excellent, fantabulous, first-class result in the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), he was considered an academic wizard. He was one of the few students who had the ability to fuse the six engines of WAEC.

In 2014/2015 he attended one of the best schools in the north, the pride of Tonkolili "Saint Mathews Secondary School, Bumbuna". That same year he was pronounced the Brain of the North after winning three regional debate competitions in Magboroka, Mile 91, and Makeni respectively. His academic artistry and leadership prosperity helped him a lot as he was also elected Regional president "council of nature school clubs" northern region and received countless merited certificates from the Environmental Protection Agency EPA-SL.

As if all the aforementioned academic achievements were not enough, he pledged to make Kenema a happy district of academic excellence. In 2016, after the announcement of the results of over 35,000 wassce candidates that took the exam, he was pronounced the 10th best Wassce candidate in the country with passes in nine subjects conjugated with admirable distinctions (A1's) in Economics and Commerce. The pressing weight of his Wassce result ranked him the best wassce Candidate of the East, North, and Northwest regions of Sierra Leone. He was celebrated, nationally as the second-best commercial candidate in the country.

His pledge to make Kenema happy inspired him to continue his tertiary education at the Eastern Technical University of Sierra Leone. He represented Kenema at the National Debating competition held at the Atlantic Lumley Hotel organized by the management of Rokel Commercial Bank in December 2018. After the adjudication process by the Sierra Leone literary and debating society, Kenema was pronounced the winner of the tournament shouldered by Conteh Samuel Active.

In 2022, he graduated as the first-ever and the only student to bag home first division (distinction) in economics since the institution was established in 2001.

He is the founder and CEO of the National Association of Business and Social Economists (NABSE);

Founder, Model, and Fashion designer of Papa Sam Fashion;

Founder and CEO of Papa Sam Empire;

He is the owner of countless international certificates from international institutions in Economics, Accounting, Logistics, Leadership, and other disciplines. He has worked for the fashion star classic ltd. as a Sales Accountant. He worked for Medicins Sans Frontieres (MSF-Belgium) Hangha hospital Kenema as Human Resource and later Assistant Finance Manager.
