As a Founder & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant, I have extensive experience creating inclusive workplace environments and promoting diversity within organisations. With a background in International Business and a passion for social justice, I have honed my skills in developing customised strategies to address issues of diversity and inclusion.
My experience includes founding and leading a successful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consulting firm, where I am helping numerous organisations build more diverse and inclusive cultures. I am working with clients across a variety of industries, including technology, social entrepreneurship, and finance, and am helping them attract and retain diverse talent, create inclusive policies and practices, and foster a sense of belonging among employees.
In addition to my consulting work, I am also designing and conducting workshops, conference speeches, and keynotes on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. My expertise in this area has been recognised by industry leaders and I have been invited to speak on panels and provide training to organisations on diversity and inclusion best practices.
