Chasing Failure

We've all been taught to steer away from failure, but when you look at any successful person in any industry, the one thing they all have in common is that they failed. Imagine if we could move towards the thing that made successful people who they are. Through my inspirational story of trying out for the Phoenix Suns and failing, I take the audience on a journey of lessons we can learn from chasing failure. You're never failing as long as you're always learning.

Leveling Up

What we've learned in our executive coaching practice is that what helps people grow the most is not by giving them answers but by giving them the right questions. So we developed a list of questions that we utilize in our practice to help people go to the next level. These are questions like "What's it like to be on the other side of me?" Most people just don't ever stop to think about what it's like to experience them, but self-awareness is required to go to the next level.
