Rob is the CEO of FOCI Sustainability Consultants, experts in behaviour change management, specializing in evidenced-based approaches to environmental culture change. Rob holds a masters of organizational psychology and held previous positions as the head of talent for Medcan, Canada's largest medical clinic. Rob also served in the Canadian Armed Forces, including lecturing at the Royal Military College on leadership and organizational behaviour, retiring as a Lieutenant-Commander.
Rob has instructed and coached business leaders within the manufacturing, aerospace and distribution sectors through McMaster and Western Universities. Rob has recently conducted high profile speaking engagements including a keynote presentations for McMaster’s Advanced Leadership Program and to an audience of 750 people at the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technologists and Technicians (OACETT) in June, 2023.
