Bio

Ryan Casey, M.A. is a Neurodiversity in the workplace advocate with over 15 years direct experience in the field. He is the Executive Director of the Chippens Hill Group – a company that has secured over 50 jobs for Neurodivergent individuals across the country.

He has trained several major companies about how to hire and retain Neurodivergent talent – including the Guggenheim Museum, Oracle, and CVS.

Ryan has appeared on PBS, spoken at Yale, and was featured in a national article regarding Neurodiversity picked up by the A.P. and published across the United States and Asia.

Ryan has his Master’s in Communication from the University of Hartford.
