Ross Barchacky is the Director of Partnerships at Inclusively, a workforce inclusion platform transforming the way candidates with disabilities, mental health conditions, and chronic illnesses connect to jobs and inclusive employers.
Before starting at Inclusively, Ross operated as a team sergeant for a small special operations team in the US Army. After suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury while on an airborne operation, Ross was medically retired from the service and struggled to find a meaningful occupation that was set up to accommodate him with what he needed in the workplace to be his most productive self.
Joining Inclusively as a job seeker, Ross fell in love with the platform and the mission, leading him to become the company’s first in-platform employee hire. Starting on the business development side, Ross found a passion for sharing Inclusively’s mission with employers across the country. He currently sits as the Head of Partnerships for Inclusively.
