Bio

As a leader, Flynn shares her lived experience as a person who has T21, Down syndrome, as one of her intersectionalities. Flynn is a successful disability advocate speaking boldly about breaking barriers and challenging the status quo. Her writing is regularly published in The Tweed News, and on social media.

As a professional speaker, with over twenty years of experience, Nicole Flynn engages with the audience by taking people on a tour of living with T21, Down syndrome. She talks about taking small steps to reach big goals and raises the awareness of negative attitudes, biases and stereotypes. Flynn presents practical solutions to increase diversity, and equity. Nicole believes strongly in the inclusion of ALL people in all ideological aspects of the community.
