He has worked for various companies, from small to Fortune 500, in the United States, the Middle East, and Canada, such as Caesars Entertainment, DHL Express, Dannon, Michelin, Maple Leaf Foods, Chumash Casino Resort, DipNDip, and General Electric. Attar has initiated, planned, and executed transformational initiatives (business and technology) that contributed over $250 million in net profit annually.

Attar is the author of the book Change to Win and an industry-awarded executive recognized for his ability to help strategize business architecture, identify areas to improve processes and outcomes, turn around businesses from deficient to profitability, champion continuous improvement efforts, deliver challenging cross-functional programs while working collaboratively with diverse types of stakeholders, lead and coach winning teams, and inspire staff to welcome change and deliver ambitious results.

Outside of work, Attar enjoys sports and music. He is a devoted family man who feels fortunate to have a beautiful wife and three lovely children. His best time is with his family—on the beach, playing board games, riding bikes, swimming, having dinner, or just watching movies.
