With a people-first mentality, Rajesh has created an engaging company culture and established multiple CSR initiatives through the formation of a not-for-profit, the Fulcrum Foundation. The charity leverages the same technologies utilized to power Fulcrum's products to support under-privileged communities across the globe with education, housing and opportunity.
Rajesh is on the board for consortiums across the USA and Europe and is an invited keynote speaker and presenter at various global conferences including EDUCAUSE, Microsoft, Liferay, IBM, SOA symposiums, and EUNIS.
