Ron’s leadership as an expert in organization change management and process analysis and management is based on more than twenty-five years of experience specializing in major strategic and operational initiatives. His capability to navigate from strategic planning to operational implementation is firmly grounded in operational roles during his early career. These initiatives cross domestic and international industry groups, such as: airlines, automotive, banking, chemicals, financial services, high tech, insurance, pharmaceuticals, retail, telecommunications, and the United States Government.
Major achievements include playing a key role in winning the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award while implementing business process management and developing high-performing teams and leading successful consulting engagements from Indonesia to central Europe. Considered an industry leader in major organization change, Ron delivered keynote addresses in the telecommunications, software, professional services consulting, and research industries. Currently, Ron is leading major transformational initiatives as a Managing Partner in 6th Level Consulting Group.
