Rachel is an international speaker, trainer, and advocate for fun-fuelled success.
Someone once said that Rachel is like a breath of fresh air in any room she enters. What they didn’t know is that she always carries an air freshener in her pocket. Probably a stubborn habit from her years of teaching hygiene-averse teenagers!
With 20 years of experience, Rachel specialised as an intervention teacher, quickly discovering that people learn more when they are having fun. She always hoped to
hear her students say, “Oops, I accidentally learned something!”
In recent years, Rachel has pivoted into the business world. Inspired by the statistic that happy employees are on average 12% more productive than their unhappy counterparts, Rachel works with organisations to increase engagement, productivity
and turnover. She hosts events, facilitates team training and conducts 1:1 coaching.
Based in the cosy north of England with her patient husband and their extroverted son, Rachel’s favourite question is “Why?” – because let’s face it, everything’s more fun with a little curiosity!
