Bio

Rachel Hawkins is an Occupational Therapist and a self-advocate for autism. She feels this gives her a unique advantage to speak on these topics and drives her passion about neurodiversity in the workplace and inclusion for all. She has worked mostly in the school setting with the pediatric population, although in her last job created programs for young adults transitioning into the workforce. During this time, she became involved with attending neurodiversity conferences and meetings, and continues to seek opportunities as such.

She has been a guest on various podcast and video interviews and her story was published last August in the book, “This is Autism”. She seeks to continue advocating and making a difference for all individuals, regardless of disability or difference.
