Philip Lovin is a logistics expert with more than 30-years of experience. Currently, he is a director of logistics, a role he has held since 2022. In the short time that he has been in the role, Lovin has helped streamline operations for a multi-site operation and deal with operational deficiencies. Within 90-days of joining the role of director, Lovin managed to cut down on shipping errors by 30%. Prior to his current role, Lovin worked as the GM COO for Reap, a role he held between 2017 and 2022. Like in his current role, Lovin was exceptional. He managed to help increase profits by 18% in his first year on the job. He did this by increasing efficiency of the company’s transport section through a complete reorganization. Other roles that Philip Lovin has successfully held in the past include GM of A SHOW OF HANDS between 2002 and 2017, Public service (1990 – 2001), and Logistics Manager at Stewarts between 1985 and 1988. Lovin’s successful career is strongly anchored on his strong academic background. Lovin holds a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Lasalle University, and a Master of Science degree in Philosophy from Morthland College. These credentials have helped him understand people management, which is a critical factor in business management. Outside of work, Lovin is a spiritual person, and this is evident in the fact that he holds a Ph.D. in theology from Andersonville. His spiritual background has informed his works of charity globally. Lovin has been to missionary works in Kenya and the Philippines.
