Penelope Camarata

I grew up around law enforcement and EMS and started my own Healthcare career in the hospital in 1995, security in 2000, and EMS from 2016 to the present.

I have been through my tragedies, both personally and professionally. The one that struck me the most was when a friend of mine, a Philadelphia Police Lieutenant, took his own life. I struggled every day with his death for 3 years before my grief almost robbed me of my life because I could not find anyone to talk to about the pain and grieving I was going through. I started looking at alternative means of coping and found my healing through unconventional methods that worked.

I am now using those same techniques and continually adding to them regularly for my clients.
