Bio

More than 15 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management and General Management, specialized in IT companies.

During my management experiences I've implemented different Sales Methodologies as SPIN selling or Value Selling, sales exercises as deep forecast meeting, value pipeline reviews, and top deals enlarge process.

Sales are 80% science, 20% art. My latest position bring me the chance of building new departments or modernize existing one, based on three pillars, Value, process and people.

360º view on sales management, I've been marketing manager, sales manager and country manager thanks to these experiences I acquired knowledge not only in sales but marketing, HR and finance, working with mid-market companies, regional channel, national/international channel, and top accounts.

Unified mission means better results. Collaboration is a key success factor, not just with external agents as channel, influencer or medias, but also internally, working closely through all internal departments build an unified mantra for the sales department and the entire company acting with a unique and aligned goal.
