Bryan has been immersed in every aspect of the world of sales for the last 30 years. Having started his career working with athletes in professional hockey and negotiating contracts for a decade, Bryan made a change to the financial sector in 2004 and has since spent the last 20 years in the mortgage industry while concurrently wearing a variety of hats in the sales world. Bryan has earned the recent distinction of being named as a top 1% mortgage sales originator in the nation for 2020 and 2021, doing so with a NPS rating of 97%. Bryan has been a sales manager, sales trainer, motivational corporate sales speaker and is currently a senior mortgage banker and Vice President at Leader Bank, the #1 mortgage lender among Banks in Massachusetts. Bryan is a marketing and negotiating expert and a past member of the NSA (National Speakers Association) in addition to being the author of the acclaimed 'Mortgage Survival Guide' used by many sales associates throughout New England. Bryan enjoys the art of sales philosophy and inspiration, and actively works with many sales professionals from all fields who are interested in increasing their sales proficiency. In his spare time, Bryan takes great pride in spending quality time with his family, working on classic cars, enjoying the great outdoors and is active in rescuing animals and adopting dogs.
