Norma Stanley

An entrepreneur, author, speaker, journalist and singer/songwriter, Norma Stanley is also the mother of an adult dependent daughter born with cerebral palsy. Her mission is to serve as an international change agent to break down barriers for people with disabilities (PwD) and their families, leveraging the multimedia platforms of informational and inspirational speaking, media, strategic marketing communications and music.

The founder of E.E.E. Marketing Group, Inc., Norma is an award-winning public relations professional and has worked with top companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, Ketchum Public Relations, Arby’s Inc., General Motors, Universal Press Syndicate, etc., as either an executive or consultant.

She has also either created or was an integral part of events and projects that bring positive local or national visibility to the disability community. This includes serving as Associate Producer on the Emmy-nominated CBS-46 Atlanta Documentary, “Circle of Boundaries,” by filmmaker/director Porifirio Fernandez Castillo, about the disability community, released in summer of 2018, as well as the annual fashion show event, An Evening of Fashion and Elegance, including models with disabilities.

Norma is also the producer/host of Nella-Joi Nation Radio Show on BTalk100.com and Disability World TV Show on PG Network on Xperienc On Demand (XOD) streaming television network. Both shows share news and advocacy information about the disability community.

She has been honored for both her professional and personal contributions from a number of organizations over the years. These include Public Relations Society of America, All Children Are Special, Inc.; They Can’t Talk But We Can and was also among a select number of honorees nationwide, who received President Barack Obama’s Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for her 30+ years of service in the disability community in 2017.
