I'm a two-time marathon runner, a Family Feud Canada champion, and even a Guinness World Record holder. I've navigated the challenges of ADHD, supported a child with an intellectual disability, and walked the road of addiction recovery, not to mention ridden the waves of marriage for 15 years.
