Nichole is the CEO and Founder of Tucker Academy, an educational consulting organization born from her commitment to prioritize the social-emotional needs of students. With nearly 20 years of classroom experience, a graduate degree in Education, and an extensive background in mental health advocacy, she is well-versed both in recognizing and addressing the difficult issues facing today’s youth.
As an international speaker, drawing upon life experience with teenage pregnancy, mental illness, grief, rejection from her birth parents, and other obstacles, Nichole’s engaging signature presentation: The Power of Empathy, is guaranteed to inspire middle and high school students to act with intention, and spread kindness whenever possible.
On a mission to bring empathy and equality to schools around the globe, Nichole has presented to thousands of students, challenging and motivating them to become pioneers for positive change in their schools and communities.
