Emotional Intelligence is widely considered to be the key to success in all walks of life. When people understand themselves and others, relationships flourish and grow. On the other hand, when there is a lack of awareness, conflict is inevitable. Dr. Eldridge examines the components of EQ and demonstrates concrete ways to nurture and improve the skills necessary to become emotionally intelligent.

Keynote: "From Trauma to Triumph: Lessons from the Yellow Brick Road”

Trauma exists everywhere and no one is immune. However, trauma is most often silent and unexpressed leading to all kinds of challenges in the workplace. Understanding trauma-informed leadership is the best way to build safe, caring and productive communities. Through personal stories, Dr. Eldridge makes it clear that trauma-informed leadership creates belonging and improves workplace relationships.
