Bio

Mo Kanjilal is Founder & Director at Edge Of Difference, a diversity and inclusion company. After a career in international technology corporations leading global teams, Mo progressed to Senior Leadership roles where she focused on creating diverse, inclusive teams. After working in smaller companies on similar initiatives, she started focusing on delivering training on diversity, equity and inclusion to companies in 2020. Mo is a TEDx Speaker, Charity board Trustee, a Non-Exec Director, and an Author.
